A launch firm
Blackmere
We design, run and stand behind token launches built to last past day one.
01 · Who we are
A small firm with a simple conviction.
Blackmere is a small launch firm. A core team, working with AI-augmented operations, designs each launch, builds the systems behind it and makes the calls on the day.
Built for the weeks after, not the hour of.
Most tokens are designed to be sold on day one. The ones that hold have a reason to hold built in, and a second move behind them.
Everything that matters is checkable on-chain.
What holders were paid, what sellers gave up, when a switch was turned off. If it cannot be checked, we do not say it.
02 · What we do
We run the whole launch.
From structure to the weeks after it. Each part is a capability we have built and run ourselves.
- Design
Launch design and structure
Supply, pool depth against expected demand, the payout asset, the tax schedule and the timeline. Decided before launch and written down.
- Engine
Holder payout engine
A small trading tax buys a real asset holders want, a tokenized stock, a major coin or dollars, and pays it to holders every hour.
- Mechanics
A tax that ends for good, and keep-or-forfeit
The tax steps down to zero over about two weeks, then the switch is removed on-chain so it can never come back. Part of each payout is the holder's at once; the rest vests over a few days. Sell early and your unvested share goes to the holders who stayed.
- Proof
Live receipt page
Paid so far, forfeited by sellers, what each wallet has earned and when it vests. The record holders check and the screenshot the market shares.
- Watch
Situation room
Live monitoring of buyers, holders, trading and payouts, so we read a launch on data instead of its first hour.
- Timing
Second-leg planning
Deeper liquidity, listings and the end of the tax as its own moment. Booked before launch, released when the first wave fades.
- Depth
Liquidity coordination
Depth set with our market-making partners before the pool opens, not after it breaks.
- Reach
Post-launch amplification
The launches that last tend to ignite after launch hour. We line up reach with our marketing partners and put it where the ignition happens.
03 · How we work
A nucleus and an orbit.
The nucleus is the core team. It owns strategy, product, the engine and the launch call. The orbit is our partners: business development, marketing reach, collaborators and market makers. They bring projects, audiences and liquidity, and plug into each launch where they are needed.
The nucleus stays small on purpose. The parts of a launch that decide whether it lasts stay in one place, with one owner.
We own
- The launch plan and its structure
- The payout engine and receipt page
- The situation room and its read
- The timing of the second leg
- The final go or not-yet call
Partners own
- Introductions to projects
- Reach: channels, voices, audiences
- Liquidity and depth, set to the plan
- Listings and venue relationships
- Their commitments, on the agreed day
How a partner plugs in
- Introduction. A partner brings a project, or we bring a partner into one.
- One brief. Every partner works from the same written plan: structure, dates, depth, roles.
- One channel. One coordinating thread and one owner in the nucleus per launch. Changes come from us first, in writing.
- Clear asks. A short list of what we need from each partner, and when.
- Shared view. Partners see the same receipt page and launch read we do.
The nucleus makes the launch call and owns the outcome. Partners advise, and their read matters; the decision and the accountability sit with us. When the plan changes, the change is written down, shared once, and dated.
How a launch moves
Before
Pick the payout asset and the moment. Set the structure. Book the second leg with partners. Prepare the kit and the story. The verdict can be "not yet".
Launch hour
The pool opens with liquidity in place. The tax starts buying the payout asset. The receipt page goes live with the first payout.
First two weeks
Payouts every hour. Sellers' unvested payouts move to holders. The tax steps down on schedule. Partners get real numbers every day.
Second leg
Released on the situation room's read: deeper liquidity, listings, and the end of the tax as its own event.
After
The tax reaches zero and the switch is removed on-chain, in public. The receipt page stays up as the permanent record.
04 · How we choose
Evidence first. "Not yet" is a real answer.
We run our own data on launches, trades and payout assets across chains. The pattern we follow is simple: timing and structure beat noise.
Our verdict can say a project is not ready, and we will say it. We are independent by design: no referral fees in either direction with our partners, so our verdict stays ours.
We work on a fee plus a share aligned with holders. We do best when holders are paid most.
05 · Where we operate
Where the market is most alive.
Solana
The deepest market in crypto, where the payout mechanic was born and where the payout assets, terminals and callers are.
Robinhood Chain
Real stock tokens with real depth, and a launch that pays holders in stocks on a stock-native chain.
Whichever chain heats up
We watch launches, trading and winners per chain side by side, with a setup ready to move.
06 · Standards
How we operate.
- Real numbers only. Every figure on a receipt page can be checked on-chain by anyone, at any time.
- No wash volume, no fake figures. No hidden allocations, no market cap promises.
- Switches that turn off for good. When the tax ends, the control is removed on-chain. Holders can check instead of trust.
- Small vaults, paid out often. Nothing of size sits waiting. Payouts move every hour.
- One plan, in writing. Every partner works from the same document, and every change to it is dated.
07 · Working with us
Partners and projects.
What we look for in a partner. People who deliver on the agreed day, keep their numbers real, and are comfortable with a launch judged on the weeks after it.
Bringing a project. Send the project, the team behind it, what it wants to achieve and when. We reply with a first read and, if it fits, a readiness review.
